Expert Witness

As health and safety liability continues to increase, so does the potential for litigation. As one of the leading authorities on crowd safety we offer expert witness services to the legal profession.

We can offer advice and interpretation on current legislation and its compliance implications relating to the crowd safety. My expertise includes a wide range of health and safety issues, including risk assessment. My work also covers many aspects of UK resilience in the light of the international escalation of terrorism.

Prof. Still was an expert witness in cases in the UK, (personal injury in the crowd at a London Underground Station) and at the USA Supreme Court (new York State, serious injury at an outdoor event.) Both of these cases went to trial and both were settled during trial. He has testified (live TV broadcast) to a house committee in the Washington DC Capitol Buildings and is the expert witness for the public prosecutor in the Duisburg (Love Parade) case.
